Kolob Canyon

The Kolob Canyons district of Zion National Park is located at Exit 40 on Interstate 15, 40 miles north of Zion Canyon and 17 miles south of Cedar City. So if your travels take you on I-15  through this part of Utah it will be very easy to visit. You just take a small detour off the freeway to the visitors center. All guests are required to stop at the Kolob Canyons Visitor Center to show an Interagency Park Pass or pay the Zion National Park entrance fee (*$35).

While this is a part of Zions National Park, the actual park is about an hour south. This has a separate entrance. The park fee can be used here as well as the actual park so bear that in mind.
