1- Getaway to Hawaii
At the beginning of the year my friend invited me and some other girlfriends to her 30th Birthday Party in Oahu and it was an absolute blast! I highly recommend finding a group of your girlfriends and going! We rented a jeep and explored as many beaches and fruit stands as we could!
Some of the Highlights:
Wearing flower crowns that the amazing Ocean Dreamer made for us.
Staying in the incredible Waikiki Sheraton.
Attending a Luau all together at one of the places 50 First Dates was filmed.
Hiking the Pillbox Trail and hanging out on Lanikai beach.
2- Fairy Tale Tour through England
With the royal wedding happening this year, now is as good a time as any to come and have a fairy tale tour through England! Spend several days exploring the iconic sights and the lesser known ones as well through London. Then make your way through the charming countryside to the storybook town of the Cotswolds. Explore the city of Oxford, home of one of the oldest colleges in the world. And then live your best life while staying in a castle while visiting Windsor! This trip definitely won’t disappoint and is one of the best places to travel. If you come in the Spring, it will be even more charming with cherry blossoms everywhere!
Some of the Highlights:
Exploring the Real Life Diagon Alley
Getting lost in the most charming town in the Cotswolds
Staying the night in a castle, Danesfield House

3- Frolick through Tulip Fields in Holland
Visit Holland in the middle of April and the entire countryside becomes alive with color! I was a little bit early for the tulips when I visited Holland, but luckily I was still able to find the prettiest daffodil fields. I also visited the Keukenhof Tulip Park and although touristy, it was really amazing. There were amazing displays all over the park and every single kind of tulip you could imagine.
Seeing the pictures of the tulip fields just weeks after I left, has motivated me to go again and I definitely think it should be on the top of everyone’s bucketlist.
Highlights:
Visiting the nearby town of Zandaam
Staying in one of the most unique hotels in Amsterdam

4- Coastal Road Trip through Wales
I was always curious about Wales because I had been to every other country in the UK, but I felt like you never really hear anything about Wales. Well everyone, Wales is an absolute dream. I really adored it and would go back in a heartbeat. Imagine the most charming cafes, baby lambs, incredible green cliffs next to the ocean-side, castles, rolling hills and colorful little towns and you have Wales! I remember being in the most beautiful place and no one else was around and I remember thinking about how truly rare that was.
Some of the Highlights:
Exploring Medieval Castles
Staying in a Bed and Breakfast right on the beach
Boat Trip to see Sea Lions and dolphins
The ocean views were incredible

5- Swim with Sharks and Stingrays in the Bahamas
One of the coolest travel experiences of my life was when I swam with sharks and stingrays in the Bahamas. It was something I never thought I would be able to do. To be honest, at first I was really nervous, but I became calm and ended up absolutely loving the experience. The animals can really sense your mood so the more calm you are, the more calm they will be and trust me, you will love it!

6- US Fall Foliage and Halloween Tour
One of my favorite times to visit the US is during the Fall. The leaves are changing colors, there are pumpkin patches everywhere and you can even go to farms to go apple picking! It truly is a really charming part of the year. Some of the best places to chase the Fall Foliage in the US are Vermont, New York and Maine.
It is also a fun place to be for Halloween and some of the best places to be for this are Salem Massachusetts, New York and my personal favorite- Disneyland! It really packs a punch in September and October with all of their decorations and trick-or-treating and an all new firework show and parade! It is definitely a must for any Travel Bucket-list!

7- Experience the old and the new in Seoul, South Korea
I think Seoul is one of the most underrated cities in the world. I absolutely loved it and wonder why more people are not visiting. I loved that I felt like I stepped into the past while visiting the palaces and villages, but then in the same afternoon I could visit a plaza with architecture unlike anywhere in the world and feel like I just stepped into the future.
Some of the Highlights:
Renting a traditional dress and exploring Bukchon village
Meeting a K-pop group
Visiting a Dog Café on Myeongdong Street
Trying Korean BBQ and spicy chicken

8- Ride a camel to the Great Pyramids of Giza
Another one of my favorite travel experiences ever was visiting Egypt. I have had countless people ask me if it safe to go and in my experience, it was. The people there are some of the most hospitable in the world and I don’t think I have felt so welcome in one country before. One of my favorite experiences of the trip was seeing the Great Pyramids! I loved Egyptian history when I was younger so being able to actually see it with your own eyes is just unbelievable. I really hope more people go and visit Egypt because it is truly a life changing trip!
9- Celebrate the Day of the Dead Festival in Mexico
Celebrating the Day of the Dead in Mexico had been a long time dream of mine. However, I must admit, it was when I saw Coco for the first time last year that I knew I really had to make it happen. Again, it was one of my favorite travel experiences of all time. I headed down to Mexico City the weekend before the Day of the Dead. Mexico City now has a big parade on the main promenade the Saturday before the celebrations. It was truly incredible to witness and it was so much fun! I visited San Miguel De Allende after Mexico City for the main Day of the Dead events and it was amazing! I loved seeing all of the kids dressed up and being able to be there with locals was so special to me. I will definitely be going back again.
10- California Coast Road Trip
California is such an amazing state and there are so many different road trips you can go on. You can even do a road trip up the entire coast if you are feeling ambitious! One road trip I highly recommend doing is driving down from San Jose airport and staying a night in Monterrey. And then from there visiting Carmel and Big Sur. There were so many incredible places to stop along the way and I definitely think this area is one of the best and most beautiful places in the world to travel!
